Order Processing & Tracking
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation (business days).
- Once dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered phone number or email.
- You can track your parcel directly through the courier’s website using this number.
- In-stock items are dispatched same day if the order is placed before 2:00 PM.
- Pre-order or out-of-stock items will have an estimated restock date communicated at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across major cities in Pakistan. COD is available on orders up to Rs. 15,000. For orders above this amount, advance payment via bank transfer or online payment is required.
- Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
- COD orders that are refused at delivery without valid reason may be blocked from future COD eligibility.
- For COD cancellations, notify us at least 2 hours before dispatch.
